MTE Launches New Website

As an Excavation company at the cutting edge of its industry, Mountain Top Excavation (MTE) has recently launched its new Website. Designed by Asayo Creative, Inc. of Morgantown, WV, the new site features details on MTE's services, past projects and contact information.

A sleek gallery of photos allows visitors and potential clients to see shots of MTE doing what it does best -- world-class excavation. Photos of MTE's varied services can also be found in the gallery and in several other sections of the site.

Though the summer of 2010 may be drawing to a close, things are still heating up at MTE and mountaintopteam.com. Check back regularly for more pictures, information and news stories. Remember -- if it's happening at MTE, you hear it here first!

MTE Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary

Mountain Top Excavation is excited to announce the celebration of the 5th year anniversary of the company. What started as an excavation company founded in July 2005, has quickly become a regional leader in site preparation. Currently based in Jones Mills, PA, the company was originally founded as a Partnership between Tim Zeglin and a local Laurel Highlands developer. In 2008, Tim, a Mt. Pleasant native, acquired sole ownership of the company.

At its outset, Mountain Top was created to service the Laurel Highlands home market primarily. Among other things, this included home site excavating, road building for residential development plans, and installing on-lot septic systems. As the home market entered a slowdown in 2008, Tim began to actively seek out other revenue streams. This led him to the Marcellus Shale, where MTE has been able to thrive.

Heavy Highway Company Targets Company for Gas Well development.

Swank Associated Companies announced a merger with Mountain Top Excavation LLC to establish Swank Associated Companies entry into the gas well site development market.

Swank has been working for the last 8 months to identify the potential players in the gas well site development market. Mountain Top Excavation LLC is a small company with its own plans for expansion with the growth of the natural gas development in the Marcellus Shale play.
